Terms & Conditions – FAM Trip

The prize raffle will take place on January 7, 2020 at TourComm Germany GmbH, Olbrichtstraße 21, 69469 Weinheim, Germany on behalf of the Tourismus Marketing GmbH Baden-Württemberg.

The data you provided during registration will be used for the drawing.

Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.

No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable.

Entry is open to all Going Cuckoo graduates who successfully passed the training within the last 12 months from the day of the draw and received their certificates. Graduates automatically get one raffle entry by passing the training.

The raffle winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via the submitted email address (used for registration) and will have 14 days from the date they are notified to redeem the prize. Failure to respond within 14 days of notification will result in the disqualification of the winner and the selection of an alternate winner. Should the alternate winner fail to respond or choose not to accept the prize, the same procedure will be conducted one more time. Should the third winner also refuse the prize, it will be returned to inventory and the drawing will be discontinued.

In the notification email, the winners shall again be expressly informed of the requirement for written acceptance of the prize and full acceptance of the conditions and indemnities of the organizer and all the persons and companies involved in the trip. This shall be accomplished by means of a written agreement between TourComm Germany on behalf of Tourismus Marketing GmbH Baden-Württemberg and the winner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourismus Marketing GmbH Baden-Württemberg and TourComm Germany can accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to prizewinners or their property as a result of accepting the prize.
Legal recourse is excluded.
